Our littlest man, Dylan turned three this month and he is at such a cute age right now!
We really can’t get enough of this fun loving kid that’s full of life, vibrant, silly, a sweet sweet buttercup, you just want to pinch his cheeks ‘n eat him up!
The morning of his birthday, I started baking cupcakes for the birthday festivities later that evening. Behind my back and before I can even get the frosting on the cupcakes, this little monkey climbed up to where they were cooling off and was picking and eating them! I couldn’t help but laugh and let him do it and was frantically looking for my camera to get some pics. Here is the moment!

Later that evening, we had a celebration with some close friends we call family.
It’s funny how we tried to keep his birthday small, however, with just 4 families we ended up with a headcount of 20+ people! So our little party now turned into a fairly large party (for a 3 year old) and just thinking of hosting a party in our house during the winter months, where the kiddos can’t go out and play because it’s cold & windy, was starting to make me paniky! Thank goodness we have our close friends, Jarrod & Justine who own a facilty perfect for kids’ parties! Luckily, Bounce n Play, a multiple, indoor bounce-house facility, was available-whew!! Wow- I guess, us adults, are starting to get outnumbered by all the kids these days!
It’s too much fun seeing all the little guys growing up into bigger people! Here are a few detail shots along with just a few of the munchkins that attended the partay!

Amber + Billy sealed their vows with a lucky kiss on St. Patricks Day. It was a cold winters day in Lake Tahoe and it had just snowed the entire night before, bringing in more than 48″ of snow at the top of Heavenly and over a foot of fresh snow on the beaches of So. Lake Tahoe! It was a dreamy morning, not to mention, a photographers dream where they tied the knot at Edgewood Tahoe. Greg & I are so lucky and are always thankful to shoot in such a pristine setting with our incredible clients. Amber + Billy are not only a blessed couple, but they are proud parents of a beautiful, 7 month old baby girl, named Alina. Along with Amber being a gorgeous blushing bride, I think Alina also lifted everyones spirits with her smile, meanwhile wearing a darling, white with black polk-a-dot dress! Too precious! Another epic wedding at one of the best wedding locations at Lake Tahoe!

I had the pleasure of reuniting with Lilly + Steven after shooting thier wedding 5 years ago. We got together at the same location they got hitched, to capture some beautiful sunset Anniversary Portraits. It was a blast to sit and catch up with them while having the yummiest n fresh Hot Cocoa you’ve ever had (+peppermint schnapps helped keep us warm-hee hee) at Lakeside Beach Grill. From being goofy and laughing at my silly comments while trying to recreate poses from their wedding to being goofy and Steven taking on my dare to juggle the pinecones, these down to earth, dog lovers are simply an awesome couple! These two Texans are not only sweet but are why I love my job, as it means so much to me when past clients keep in touch and allow Hall Creations again and again to capture their family milestones!
